The Year Two School Council 
It has been very tense in the Infant Department whilst our mini elections were taking place. The children were given the opportunity to become a member of one of our school councils. The four roles were School, Food, Eco and Charity Councillor. The children prepared a little speech at home and then bravely stood in front of their class and read their speech. We were really impressed with the confidence they showed, speaking in front of their peers. All the Year Two teachers were very proud of their classes. The children then had a chance to vote. They really enjoyed the process, were supportive of their peers and excited to see who had been chosen for each role. Well done to the children selected and for everyone who took part.
