A big thank you to Liam Bradford for taking the time to visit the Junior children to speak about his job as MUTV commentator, podcaster, presenter and reporter 👏🎙️
Liam, who commentates for MUTV (and is also Prep 6 teacher Miss Bradford’s brother) shared insightful videos and match day commentaries he has completed, giving students a real behind-the-scenes look at the role. He was generous with his time, answering questions and sharing valuable advice about working within the football industry.
The biggest takeaway? You don’t have to play football to be part of your dream team — there’s a place for passion, creativity, and voice in the game 💭✨

#ThrowbackThursday 🎬
Today we’re revisiting our 150th anniversary film — a celebration of the Lady Barn journey from Pre-School through to Prep 6.
Told through the eyes of a child and her mother (herself a former pupil), the film beautifully captures what it means to grow up at Lady Barn. From those first tentative steps in Early Years to confident leadership in Prep 6, it reflects a journey shaped by Discovery, Opportunity and Success.
It’s a story about belonging, ambition and continuity — where past and present meet, and where each generation builds on the last.

Food Bank Collection – After Half Term
From Wednesday 25 February to Friday 27 February, we will be collecting donations for Chelwood Foodbank.
The items most needed at the moment are:
• Tins of sandwich meat
• Cordial
• Bin liners
A collection table will be set up at the main drop-off gates (next to Barney Owl), making it easy to donate on your way in.
If you are able to support, we would be so grateful. Together, the Lady Barn community can make a meaningful difference to children and families who need it most.
