Having learned his pieces in just a matter of weeks, Laurence showed incredible dedication - working tirelessly over the Easter break in preparation. His hard work truly paid off, earning him 3rd place in the Year 5 Piano Solo class 🥉👏

Last week, we welcomed guest speaker Mr Chris Power, who delivered a truly inspiring talk to our pupils. 🔬✨
Mr Power works with advanced microscopes that allow scientists to explore the cells that make up all living species. By developing new technologies, he helps capture incredible videos of living cells in the finest detail - revealing processes never seen before. 🧫
His work takes him across the globe, supporting researchers in hospitals and universities as they unlock discoveries that lead to new treatments and life-changing medicines.
A fascinating glimpse into the world of science, innovation, and possibility for our pupils 🌍🧬

Big challenge. Bigger determination 💪
Well done Idris (3R) for taking on his first HYROX, he pushed through every station with determination, resilience, and a huge smile along the way. From trying the SkiErg and rowing machine for the very first time to powering through sled pushes, carries, and wall balls - he gave it everything.
Even more inspiring, he raised an incredible £1,000 for @blisscharity, a charity close to his heart ❤️
A fantastic example of courage, commitment, and stepping outside your comfort zone - and Idris is already looking ahead to his next HYROX challenge! 🏁
