Lead Learners

At LBHS we are passionate about listening to the ‘Pupil Voice’ and the role of our Lead Learners is to provide teachers with feedback regarding lessons, topics and learning styles, so we can ensure we are supporting all our children to grow and learn as much as possible! 

They work alongside our Prep 6 Subject Captains to share feedback with the staff Subject Leaders.  Following these meetings, the Subject Leaders review their planning and lesson activities to incorporate the feedback received, showing how we have the children at the very centre of all we do and endeavour to make their learning experiences the best they can possibly be
