Our first school cricket fixture of the year took place at Pownall Hall School. Our Prep 5 boys were very excited to play, especially on a warm, sunny day. Lady Barn batted first, with six pairs taking to the field. 

We managed to score 292 runs for only one wicket. In return, we bowled well, but dropped too many catches. This is an area which we will continue to work on. Pownall managed to score 264 runs and lost six wickets. A 28 run victory for our Prep 5 boys was a very pleasing start to the season.
